SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. Processing or shipping time may be extended during or after the Holidays and promotional sales. 

After processing is complete and the order had shipped, clients will receive an email or text message notification with shipping and tracking information. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shop Look East is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore,  SLE will not replace any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shop Look East is not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.
